Shipping policy

Heirloom Fibrecraft dispatch premises are located in Sydney Australia. We ship orders Australia wide. Small sized orders under the value of $200 are mailed by Australia Post Express which include insurance. Orders of higher value and larger sizes are shipped by TNT Couriers (by quotation).

Most items are shipped within 3 days if they are stock items. Some items such as wallpaper is custom made to order whereby shipping will occur within 7-14 days.

REGISTERED POST/EXPRESS PARCEL:
We offer FREE Shipping for 1-2 scarves that weight under 1kg (most scarves and shawls weight between 100g to 300g).

A collection of scarves or for our other products, the following weight applies for shipping (some states such as Western Australia and Tasmania have higher shipping prices which fall in to zone 2 at checkout):-
up to 500g - $12
up to 1kg – $14
up to 3kg - $20
up to 5kg - $27

SHIPPING CUSHIONS & LAMPSHADES:
For cushion purchases of more than two items above 50cmx50cm in size, TNT couriers will need to be quoted and arranged.
