After building an impressive design history, designer Gonzalo Milà formed his own studio in 2001, creating urban furniture, lighting and accessories, as well as projects fostering the integration of wildlife into the city of Barcelona. A strict essentialist, Mila's way of designing is humane, approachable and based on the fundamental importance of utility.

In collaboration with Bover Lights (Barcelona); Tanit suspension pendant is a relative of Helios wall light. Tanit has a light and subtle appearance. The hand-woven shade, with a thin waxed cotton cord, creates a horizontal light sieve in which the different angles generated by its eight faces intertwine to create a moire effect.
