Loux is a handwoven pile rug with a luminous surface and sensual materiality, distinguished by an intricate geometric, hand-carved checkerboard relief. Crafted from lyocell and with 2.7 million single yarns per square metre secured into a woven base using the double-back technique, Loux offers a dense, luxuriously soft texture.

The linear structure emerges and recedes with the shifting light, breaking the coloured expanse into delicate loop and pile rows of varying colour depth. The border and fringes are constructed using the Sumak technique and hand-tied knotting — details that celebrate the series’ craft heritage.

Loux Line Fringes is offered in a palette of 12 colours inspired by the lustre of precious metals and stones, ranging from cool, pearlescent tones of porcelain, silver and oyster to deeper, rich tones of brass, cedar and onyx. The fringes can be dyed to match or contrast with the body of the rug.

Designed for residential spaces with light to moderate use, Loux Line Fringes can be customised in size, shape and finishing details, offering understated elegance tailored to individual spaces.
