Kalota table is inspired by a the architectural form of a calotte; a dome like decortaive structure that can be found topping columns, pilasters and other features.

This traditional design is used to soften lines of a structure and add visual interest. Kalota table is available with solid wood table top or Italian Fiandre 6mm ceramic inlay with two colour options; Sahara Noir (black) or Gold Onyx (white).

A subtle association to the spherical form, the shape enhances the warmth of wood as a material. The ceramic inlay adds a contrasting tone and texture to the functional horizontal plane, accentuating the material’s aesthetic and texture.
