About the role

We are seeking special individuals with an autonomous approach within our Northern Beaches showrooms. An appreciation for high end interiors, finishes and furniture is essential. Join our small and growing team that demands 'exceptional' in all areas. 

Tekstura showrooms are tranquil spaces with idle periods among busy bursts during peak times. Our sales consultants have studied interior design and have excellent sales experience in either furniture or high end homewares. Experience in marketing and digital media is also desirable. The versatile role ensures excellent customer service and will include taking sales enquiries for custom furniture pieces whilst producing excellent sales results in our furniture, home and giftware collection. 

Only permanent resident, Australian citizens will be considered please. 

The permanent part time role is 4 days per week, including Saturdays. 

Skills Required:

* Strong retail experience working with premium interior furniture brands
* Superb written + verbal communication and sales skills
* Demonstrate professionalism by being well presented, courteous, punctual and reliable 
* Self motivated and confident approach
* Passion and knowledge of designer furniture and interior products
* An interior design qualification (we are developing an interior styling service which our staff are welcome to participate in and join our design team)
* This is a varied role which will focus on your skills and develop new skills of interest to you
